Bhushan Gagrani, CEO at Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, said, “We are very proud that Amazon has chosen to continually expand its presence in Maharashtra.”

“We are very happy to see how the FCs have enabled thousands of small and medium businesses selling products such as handlooms and handicraft to service customer across the country and the globe,” he added.

“It will also provide a fillip to the local economy by enabling the growth of ancillary businesses such as packaging, transportation, logistics, and hospitality across the state,” Gagrani also stated.

”It stands testament to our commitment in making deep investments in the state and in turn creating opportunities for employment, growth and revenue generation for the government,” he informed.
