Amoena picks SCI for shipping medical apparel in Canada

Global specialty apparel and medical devices distributor Amoena has named SCI, a Canadian 3PL logistics company, to provide supply chain and retail store distribution services in Canada. SCI will be shipping Amoena’s high end specialty lingerie for post surgery breast care to 600 retail stores across Canada, like Hudson's Bay and Nordstrom.
SCI provides logistics service to Amoena from its distribution centre located in Mississauga, Ontario, which also offers services to other retail clients, including causalwear, luxury apparel and accessories.
SCI also offers pre-retail value added services such as labelling and relabeling, repackaging, packaging, bar coding, and retail store returns, while enabling end-to-end supply chain visibility.
"SCI implemented an efficient solution for us and this set us up for a greater success in 2017," Tammy Dalton, logistics manager at Amoena said. "It is great to know that your supply chain is effective and can support growth." (AR)
