Brother, a Japanese company engaged in the production of industrial sewing machines, printers and multi-functions-centre machines, is going to release new models in automation and robotics at the upcoming edition of Texprocess. Visitors to the international trade fair can discover the future trends in industrial sewing at Brother booth in hall 5.0, stand B70.

At Texprocess, the leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials, taking place from May 14-17, 2019, in Frankfurt, Germany, Brother will promote the Bas Nexio Bridge, Bas visio, Robotic system, and other products.

The Bas Nexio Bridge is Brother’s next generation of large automatic pattern sewers “bridge type”. High speed sewing, sewing areas up to 1200x700 mm and a compact design to minimise space on the floor for factories, leading to a higher productivity of 20 per cent.

The camera sewing system Bas Visio allows instant creating of sewing data for outline badges and patches.

The Robotic system is for the automotive industry, airbag production and many more applications. Brother is going to demonstrate a robotic system in combination with its BAS Nexio Bridge with an automatic loading of fabric.

Enabling companies to maximise their profit through very high productivity, Brother will also show customised robot systems, for example, for hangers attaching for ladies’ wear and several other applications.

All Brother industrial sewing machines of the Nexio generation allow a revolutionary wireless system of automatic communication between machines and the internet network. IoT is easily applicable to the garment industry, made by Brother. In addition, the company will show the GTX - its next generation of digital direct to garment printers.

Alongside its highly specialised partners—Brother Internationale Industriemaschinen GmbH, Pegasus Europa GmbH, and SiPItaly—Brother offers a huge level of product expertise for all different kinds of applications and solutions. (RKS)
