Champion Athleticwear expands retail presence

Champion Athleticwear, makers of authentic athletic apparel since 1919, has expanded its retail footprint with its first location in Boston and its fourth US retail specialty store overall. The expansion includes on-site customisation along with the opportunity for shoppers to create their own unique, made-to-order garments through embroidery.

"Building on the success of our 2018 store openings in major cities around the country including Los Angeles, New York and Chicago, we are excited to end the year on a high note and carry momentum into 2019 with our newest store opening in Boston," said David Robertson, director of Champion brand marketing. Following a fresh reintroduction this fall, Champion’s footwear line will be available at the store as well, giving shoppers direct access to the new pieces. (RR)
