Sorona is obtained from renewably sourced plant-based ingredients, permitting decreased dependence on fossil fuels and reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Apart from sustainability, Sorona also offers unique performance benefits including: superior softness, unmatched durability and inherent stain resistance without the need for topical treatments. Sorona can be used alone as a multipurpose fibre or combined with synthetic or natural fibres for different benefits and endless options. It is one of the first 11 products, that are approved to use the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) new product label on certified bio-based products. It also received Oeko-Tex standard 100 certification, which is the most stringent class 1 certification.
