The Kenyan Government will provide business to the Kitui County Textile Centre (KICOTEC), according to Interior cabinet secretary Fred Matiang’i, who toured the centre recently. Matiang'i said the textile factory was an embodiment of a county government keen to improve its people's livelihood. County governor Charity Ngilu took him on a tour of the factory.
