Mamiye Brothers have acquired the premier layette brand Kissy Kissy. The new addition complements the current infant offerings under the Little Me portfolio of brands. Founded in 1996, Kissy Kissy is known for its collection of infant apparel spun from the finest Pima cotton. The brand will soon operate at the Mamiye Brothers headquarters in New York City.

Founder Roxana Castillo and other key members of the Kissy Kissy team will join the Mamiye Brothers group to continue with design and product development.

“When I was first approached by Mamiye Brothers, I knew that the opportunity was one that would bring Kissy Kissy to the next level. I am confident that the blending of our families will allow the brand that I hold close to my heart grow exponentially,” Castillo said.

Division president Jeff Glick added, “We are thrilled to add Kissy Kissy to our Little Me family of brands and introduce a new, best in class name to our roster. Our goal is to achieve a smooth transition and leverage Mamiye Brothers’ strengths in baby apparel to take Kissy Kissy to new heights, continuing to delight consumers with the highest levels of quality and design.”

Mamiye Brothers is a leader in baby/child apparel with various brands currently in the marketplace, including Little Me, Best Beginnings, Offspring and Flapdoodles. (SV)
