WWDMAGIC smashing success for Obscene brand

Obscene Jeans Corp. unveiled its new denim collection yesterday at the WWDMAGIC fashion trade show in Las Vegas, drawing interest from retail buyers and distributors from around the globe.
“The first day of WWDMAGIC was a smashing success for the Obscene brand,” said OBJE CEO Robert Federowicz. “After months of anticipation, our dazzling new denim collection has been revealed to the fashion world. The response we're receiving at the show is tremendous—a real tribute to the international scale of the event.”
The fashion industry's most comprehensive collection of women's apparel and accessories, WWDMAGIC showcases more than 2,000 labels encompassing a broad range of styles and trends. The landmark trade show draws hundreds of fashion buyers and trend seekers from around the world, making it the perfect launch pad for hot new brands on the rise.
“The international interest in our fashions really blew us away on Monday,” said OBJE Lead Designer Rachel Stark-Cappelli. “We are fielding inquiries from a South African retail chain, a Mexican distributor and a U.S. online retailer in the first day alone. Everyone loves the new jeans, and we're working hard to forge new business relationships that will help turn Obscene Jeans into a global luxury brand.”
Stark-Cappelli noted that the company's funky new five-color Super Skinny jeans collection has been the center of attention at OBJE's WWDMAGIC booth.
“The bright, bold colors in our Super Skinny collection are really eye-catching, and we think they're going to be a huge hit internationally,” she said. “They're sexy, they're fun, and they're perfect for women who don't mind standing out.”
Obscene Jeans' Super Skinny collection and other designer denim creations will be on view in WWDMAGIC's Young Contemporary section through Wednesday.
