The multi-brand household retail chain, Promart Retail India, has launched its first retail outlet in Ahmedabad, the largest city in the western State of Gujarat in India.

An entire range of home furnishings, bed linen, and apparels and accessories for men, women and kids in all age groups, has been put up for display and sale at the new outlet that spans on an area of 12,000 sq ft.

Speaking at the launch of the new outlet, Promart Retail India Chief Executive Officer, Punit Agarwal expressed his content for having launched an outlet in Ahmedabad as it is a key market and added that in line with their overall growth strategy, the company intends to significantly expand its network across Gujarat.

He said Promart Retail looks ahead to introduce an entirely new dimension and transform the fashion industry. Promart, he said, would offer a wider choice to the customers as it would offer an extensive range of collection.

The quality and affordability of the wide range of collections offered by Promart to its customers helps it to stand out and make its presence felt in the market place, he added.

Over the next six months, the retailer intends to start operations in other cities of Gujarat including Mehasana, Baroda, Rajkot, Surat, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar.

Several brands including Mufti, Arrow, Pepe, Wrangler, Gini & Jony and J. Hampstead are all being offered at the new outlet, which is even giving discounts up to 60 percent. In fact, various discount offers and schemes run at all Promart outlets all through the year.

Promart Retail India, started by Provogue India has now been acquired by VEMB Lifestyle and Apple Group of Companies.
