Peru will be participating in a series of activities in 2012 that are aimed at enhancing the country's garment exports.
The activities will include workshops, seminars and personalized technical assistance to garment companies with European experts.
These activities will be organized by the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL).
In addition, CCL will also send trade missions to Playtime Paris, an international trade show dedicated to children and maternity wear that would be held in France, and the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF) to be held in Denmark.
Moreover, a fair named Speed Fashion 2012 is planned to be organized for increased participation of Peruvian garment manufacturers in international trade fairs, especially Salon Internacional de Moda de Madrid (SIMM) 2012 in Spain and Peru Moda 2012.
CCL is also planning a trade mission of home décor to be sent to France next year.
