Delta Galil puts off buying Jones Group jeanswear business

Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. announced that all discussions regarding the potential acquisition of the jeanswear business from The Jones Group Inc. have been terminated without reaching an agreement, as the parties were unable to come to mutually acceptable terms.
Delta Galil states that it continues to actively pursue other growth opportunities, both organically and through selected acquisitions.
