Rejoice all you fashionistas as Global Desi; the leading chic and indo western apparel brand launches its 2nd stand alone store at Bangalore's 1-MG Mall. The new store has been launched with the aim of getting a step closer to the Global Desi shoppers at MG road.

Spread across 1400 sq ft, the store exhibits a collection of Indo-western apparels & stylishly captures the best of both worlds. Inspired by traditional Indian motifs, the collection is an assortment of pretty fresh pastels, captivating placement prints and this season, Global Desi goes big on dresses too. In the near future they will also introduce accessories like footwear, stoles and bags in stores, blending rural concepts and prints for the contemporary women. The collection has something for all your style needs.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Mr. Mukesh Sawlani, Managing Director, And Designs India ltd said, "The brand has been very well recieved by the consumers and has huge potential. There are plans for expansion across various tier I and tier II cities in the next 2 years.

“Based on the overwhelming response we have been receiving from Bangalore, we are planning to come up with more stores soon. By the virtue of the exceptional value and experience offered, we look forward to the new store being the most preferred shopping destination for the customers in this area"

In less than 4 functional years Global Desi is retailed through over 180 points of sale, which include 35 exclusive stores and 73 other established shop-in-shops like Lifestyle, Kapsons, Pantaloons, Central and Shoppers Stop to name a few. It has robust plans to provide stylish clothes at value prices and to expand aggressively by reaching 50 exclusive stores in the next 2 years and also by increasing their visibility at shop-in-stores.

Global Desi is one of India's most reputable fashion houses, with more than twelve years valued experience in the industry. The idea behind building a retail brand like Global Desi was to seize the emerging market in the branded women's western wear segment.
