As it is very unique these days to have a fully “Made in the USA” fashion line, entrepreneur Myrrhia Resneck of Myrrhia Fine Knitwear has made it her goal to serve the needs of her community in the form of livelihoods.

By using sustainable materials in a local supply chain with fiber from Northern California and wool and cotton that is grown and harvested in a sustainable way --as well as milled into yarn locally-- Myrrhia Fine Knitwear continues to evolve beyond the barriers of trend.

The recent release of Myrrhia Fine Knitwear’s Spring 2013 collection is evidence of these conscious efforts -- exploring such fibers as un-dyed organic cotton grown only 90 miles from Myrrhia’s studio by Foxfiber, as well as Lenzing Tencel that was harvested sustainably from Eucalyptus trees.

From rich earthy tones to vibrant blue, purple, and teal shades, this collection offers choice and diversity to suite your unique style. Its melodic palette reaches beyond season and suggests elegant-femininity-meets-majestic-warrior-goddess nuances.

Knit and sewn locally in Oakland, CA, the collection consists of patterned maxi skirts, lace knit tops, cropped and boyfriend cardigans, flowing long dresses of scrolling lace and playful short dresses of scoop and boatneck cuts as well as versatile infinity scarfs made of soft, silky knits.
