M&S's Kate Bostock to join ASOS as Executive Director

Kate Bostock will be joining the company and Board in January 2013 as Executive Director, Product and Trading.  Kate was most recently Executive Director, General Merchandise and a main Board Director of Marks and Spencer (M&S) and previously held senior roles at George at ASDA and Next.

Robert Bready, Product Director, has resigned from the Board after seven years, and is leaving the company to pursue fresh challenges. Rob played a formative role in the growth of the company during which the ASOS retail team grew from 20 to over 350 people.
