Too Inc ropes in Poe A. Timmons as CFO

Girl's footwear retailer Too Inc 's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Bill May announced the appointment of Ms. Poe A. Timmons to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Too.
Ms. Timmons joins Too, Inc. from Safelite Group, Inc., where she was most recently the vice president of finance. In addition to all financial functions at Safelite, Poe was also responsible for field and fleet operations during her nine years with the company. Ms. Timmons joined Safelite following a 16-year career with Deloitte & Touche, L.L.P., where she was a partner in audit services.
"Poe brings a seasoned background of technical and general management skills to Too, Inc., reflective of her finance and operational management at Safelite and her audit management experience at Deloitte & Touche," said Bill May. Poe will report to Mr. May effective with her appointment June 27, 2005. Ms. Timmons is a C.P.A. and a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University in Accounting & Economics.
Too Inc is a leading specialty retailer for young girls. At Limited Too, the company sells sportswear, related accessories, footwear, lifestyle and personal care products for active, fashion-aware 'tween (ages 7 to 14) girls.
Limited Too currently operates 566 stores in 46 states and Puerto Rico, and has a select number of international franchised stores. Limited Too publishes a catalog coinciding witwith key 'tween shopping times throughout the year and conducts e-commerce on its Web site, www.limitedtoo.com. Justice is the company's newest specialty retail concept for young girls, offering sportswear, key accessories and lifestyle items to value-conscious customers, predominantly in off the mall store locations. Justice currently operates 53 stores across the United States.
