Apparel raw material show 'Source Zone' kicks off in Delhi

The 4th Edition of Source Zone (from 22-24 January), 2014 was inaugurated at Apparel House, Gurgaon, Haryana, by Shri Sudhir Sekhri Chairman (Export Promotion), AEPC and Shri Puneet Kumar SG, AEPC. 

Speaking on the occasion Chairman EP sated that, “Source Zone offers apparel exporters a great opportunity to source their requirements for fabrics, laces, trims, embellishments and accessories under one roof.”

Leading domestic suppliers from across India and international suppliers are there to exhibit at this Show. Several well known suppliers like Grasim, Donear, Winsome, KRF Limited, K G Denim, Pallava Group, Pratibha Syntex, Optitex, Talco-Talreja, Nuvozymes, Ecotech Software, Kandoi Impex, Krish Fashion have also displayed latest trends in suiting shirtings (cotton, linens), value added yarns and fabrics, woven labels, printed labels, denim fabrics, yarns, spun dyed and viscose linen, 2D & 3D solutions, cotton interlinings, enzymes for textile industry just to name a few.

In addition to this, ERP software, elastic, crochet laces, garment accessories are also displaying their products.”  After the success of Source Zone in 2010, 2011 and 2012, Apparel Export Promotion Council is organizing the 4th Edition of Source Zone.

AEPC will enable companies to interact and conduct business in a conducive and facilitative environment. AEPC is organizing this fair with the help of Apparel Online, Apparel Exporters Manufacturers Association, Apparel handlooms Exporters Associations, Confederation of Indian Apparel Exporters, The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India, Garment Exporters Associations, Garment Exporters Associations of Rajasthan and Tirupur Exporters Association.

Source Zone has attracted the participation from 43 companies which are exhibiting diverse products in this show in 47 booths occupying area of 516 SQM.  The best display award for fabrics and accessories will be presented. On the sidelines of the Fair AEPC will be organizing a seminar on ‘Sustainability’.

Source Zone will offer visitors an outstanding opportunity to find about latest fabrics, laces, embroideries, accessories, trimmings and embellishments, Services all under one roof. Leading domestic companies from across India and International companies are participating in this Show. Some of the buyers and buying agents are expected to visit Source Zone, 2014.

Shri Sekhri underlined that this show will provide the opportunity for buyers to analyze the widest spectrum of existing and emerging products and services at the best rates as well as enhancing and revitalizing displayed brand & network.

This would help exhibitors to explore and tap global markets and trends, interact and trade with of top buyers/ decision takers at one place with focused market strategy for better business conversion.  Visitors will also have opportunity to grab bulk orders at competitive rates, finalize long terms contacts and credit policies, network and establish one-to-one contact with India's top exporters and maintaining customer relationships and meeting with prospects etc during the fair.

The last Source Zone was held in 2012 and generated the revenue to the tune of Rs. 8.45 Cr.
