Pilar Batanero opens 1st international store in Mexico

Spanish kidswear brand Pilar Batanero has recently launched its first-ever international franchised store in Merida, the capital city of the Mexican state of Yucatán.
The newly opened outlet is in continuation to the label’s 2014 expansion strategy of opening and consolidating a single-brand franchise network both nationally and internationally.
Other than the new point of sale in Mexico, the company also plans to open more than 100 stores in multi-brand establishments located in Belgium, UK, Panama, Portugal, Dominican Republic and Mexico with its latest collection of autumn/winter 2014.
The company has currently unveiled some five new outlets across Spain, such as Badajoz, Málaga, Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), Sevilla and Alzira (Valencia).
Additionally, the label has an active online presence which caters to customers in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
Founded in 1997, Pilar Batanero specializes in designing, production, distribution and sales of fashion clothing for children up to the age of 14 years.
