Li & Fung changes principal share register in Bermuda

The board of directors of Li & Fung Limited announces that with effect from 24 February 2014, the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer agent in Bermuda has been changed to, ‘Appleby Management (Bermuda) Limited Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street Hamilton, HM 12 Bermuda.
The Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office is still maintained by Tricor Abacus Limited at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
