Heidi Klum unveils workout gear with New Balance

Heidi Klum, the American supermodel of German origin, has launched a fashionable yet very practical workout clothing collection with the Massachusetts-based sportswear company New Balance.

Infusing elements from runway styles with the functionality of conventional gym gear, the 40-year-old’s new range features compression-fitted waistbands, smart iridescent logos and sexy cut-outs.

Replete with flat locked seams, the antimicrobial fabric crafted pieces include a pair of lycra leggings, printed running shorts with shiny hems, a halter style bralette, a tank top with OUR VDR ZEN written boldly on it and a NKNB Perfect Pant.

The Heidi Klum for New Balance (HKNB) collection also features a cropped T-shirt which according to the model “was inspired by a retro football practice jersey”. “I love the boxy fit, with the mesh insets at the sleeves, and the cropped length,” she says.

Founded in 1906, New Balance Athletic Shoe is considered as one of the world’s major sports footwear manufacturers. The firm maintains manufacturing facilities both in the US and the United Kingdom.

Other than her collaborative range with New Balance, Klum also owns the Truly Scrumptious line, which includes a variety of products for infants, toddlers and children.
