Branded jeans seller Kewal Kiran BOD suggests dividend

Leading apparel maker Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend at 15 percent on fully paid equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
