ARAMARK Corp to declare Q2 earnings on May 10

ARAMARK Corporation, a world leader in providing professional services, will announce its second quarter results on Wednesday, May 10, 2006, prior to the 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time open of the New York Stock Exchange.
The company will post the earnings release on the Investor Relations section of its website on May 10, 2006, and host a conference call to review the results at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The broadcast of the conference call will be available through the Investor Relations section of the ARAMARK Web site at www.aramark.com. A replay of the call will be available through the Audio Archives section of the same web address beginning at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 10, 2006.
Any additional material financial information disclosed in the conference call may be obtained by accessing the replay of the conference call.
In addition, any reconciliations for non-GAAP disclosures made in the conference call also will be located on the Investor Relations page of the ARAMARK website under the section called Non-GAAP and Other Financial Disclosures.
