Cache plans to file registration statement with SEC

Women's apparel retailer Cache Inc, announced that, subject to market conditions, intends to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of approximately 3.4 million shares of its common stock.
The company expects that approximately 3.2 million shares will be offered by current stockholders and approximately 200,000 shares will be offered by the company. In addition, the company and certain of its stockholders expect to grant the underwriters of the offering an over-allotment option to purchase up to approximately 510,000 shares of the company's common stock.
Cache Inc is a nationwide, mall-based specialty retailer of sophisticated, social occasion sportswear and dresses targeting style-conscious women.
