America NatureWorks Corp has innovated garments made from corns and have been displayed in Shanghai at fair that started on April 22, this year.
This expo will last till May 26, 2006 and will showcase wide variety of clothes.
Company discovered that raw materials can be manufactured from corn and decided to organize this event to promote such clothing.
Visitors were amazed to know that the exhibits were the corn-products as the texture does not seem any different.
Experts are working on this invention so that it may be used as an alternative to oils in other industries, as well.
