True Religion to move its HQs & Distribution Center

True Religion Apparel Inc is pleased to announce that the Company has recently signed a five year lease to move its corporate Headquarters (HQ) and Distribution Center. The company plans to occupy the new, 119,000 square foot modern building located at 2263 East Vernon Avenue, in Vernon, CA. by the middle of August 2006.
Within the facility, the company will begin construction on approximately 30,000 square feet of new office and design space. The company's current headquarters and warehouse is approximately 30,000 square feet in total.
Jeffrey Lubell, Chairman and CEO, commented, "The dramatic expansion in our business over the past several years has made it necessary to secure a larger facility. We will now be able to better accommodate expected growth from both department store and specialty store customers in the U.S. and abroad. This facility will also support the further development of our retail strategy and infrastructure."
"We also look forward to having much-improved facilities to support our design team as they develop new product and pursue brand licensing initiatives. We are excited with the opportunity that will result from this new, larger space and believe this new facility will serve us well for years to come."
True Religion Apparel Inc through its wholly owned subsidiary Guru Denim Inc manufactures, markets, distributes and sells "True Religion Brand Jeans" in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Mexico, theMiddle East and Japan.
