Garment exports to Africa post steady rise

Vietnam's garment exports to African countries have posted a steady rise in most categories till May 2006, Ministry of Trade (MOT) stated.
Among the goods shipped to those markets, mosquito net exports earned revenue worth $4 million, registering a four fold increase in comparison with same period 2005.
African consumers also favour other Vietnamese goods like blankets, shirts, overcoats, children wears, windcheaters etc.
MOT plans to organize business trips to African continent bearing a population of 800 million, to aid its enterprises to business operations.
