Castelli retains Leopold Ketel & Partners as global branding agency

Castelli, one of cycling's most legendary makers of performance cycling apparel, has retained Leopold Ketel & Partners as its global branding agency to include strategic planning, advertising, public relations, sales material and interactive, announced agency President John Russell.
"We're extremely excited for the opportunity to work with a global brand such as Castelli," Russell explained. "The addition of Castelli strengthens our presence in the outdoor sports market, joining LKP clients BIC Sport Yakka kayaks and Benchmade Knives in this category."

Known worldwide by its trademark scorpion logo, Castelli has been a fixture in international cycling since the mid-1970s, having outfitted many cycling champions, including Tour de France champions Eddie Merckx and Jacques Anquetil.
LKP will work with both Castelli USA, based in Portland, Ore., and Castelli Italy, located in Fonzaso, north of Venice. Castelli designs, manufactures and markets a full line of cycling apparel, including base layers, road gear, rainwear, and accessories.
