Charlotte Russe to partake at Wachovia 16th Annual Equity Conf

Mall-based specialty retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel T. Carter, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Wachovia 16th Annual Nantucket Equity Conference in Nantucket, MA on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time.

The presentation will also be available via live webcast which can be accessed at its web-site. A replay will be available approximately one hour after the webcast presentation ends and will be accessible for 90 days following the conference.

Charlotte Russe Holding is a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties. At March 25, 2006 the Company operated 420 stores in 43 states and Puerto Rico consisting of 354 Charlotte Russe stores and 66 Rampage stores.

The Company expects to open 40 new stores during the fiscal year ending in September and at least 50 new stores in fiscal 2007.
