COLORADO declares executive appointment of Mel Sutton

The Board of Directors of COLORADO group ltd announced the appointment of Mr Mel Sutton as the company's new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 17 July 2006.

Mr Sutton joins COLORADO group from Fosters Group Limited where he is currently Asia Pacific
Regional Vice President (Wine Clubs and Services) and a Sales Director Fosters Australia. In these roles, he has been responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of these significant consumer centric businesses.

Mr Sutton has also been CEO of branded apparel and footwear companies Globe International and Nike Australia/ New Zealand and held senior management positions with other leading international companies including Lion Nathan and Fonterra.

In announcing the appointment of the new CEO, the Chairman of COLORADO group Mr Bill Gibson said Mr Sutton was highly regarded for his inclusive management style, a strong history in the retail industry and experience in implementing effective supply chain solutions that will reinforce the existing strengths of COLORADO group's business and culture.
