Wirral council's legal team is looking at the option of giving an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) to clothing chain Next's store after residents complained about late night noise and work carried out during nights.

Councillor Niblock asked the store to take immediate steps to ensure the rights of privacy and family life otherwise ASBO would be issued to the store.
