Charming Shoppes to host Q2 fiscal '07 conference call on 16 August

Charming Shoppes Inc, a leading multi-brand, multi-channel specialty apparel retailer specializing in women's plus-size apparel, will host its second quarter fiscal 2007 sales and earnings conference call on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at 9:15 am Eastern time.
Second quarter 2007 results will be released over the newswires and will be available on Form 8-K prior to 9:15 am Eastern time.
Dorrit Bern, Chairman, CEO and President, Eric Specter, CFO and EVP of Finance, Steven Wishner, SVP of Finance, and Gayle Coolick, Director of Investor Relations, will comment on the Company's second quarter results. Prepared remarks will be followed by a question and answer period.
