TAG to announce Q2 results on 14 August

Tarrant Apparel Group, a design and sourcing company for private label and private brand casual apparel, announced that it will report second quarter results for the period ended June 30, 2006 on Monday, August 14th after the market closes.
The company will host a conference call and audio webcast at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time that day to discuss the results and outlook for 2006.
