Champion to chime in Chinese market

Concerns for cloth brands are keen in China as the country welcomes Champion, an internationally famous sport apparel brand of Sara Lee.

Champion is set to march into Chinese markets with sport apparel and leisure clothes in the supermarkets of Shanghai, said Sara Lee Vice Chairman.

The first 10 series are autumn/winter sport leisure apparel, which will lure the customers between the age group of 18 and 35.

Champion will focus Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, then, will spread to other cities and set up their shops.
