Further to the announcement made earlier, the Company announces that, on 31 August 2006, Harvey Shulman and Raymond Harris, Directors, acquired 460,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and 25,000 Ordinary Shares respectively amounting to, in aggregate, 485,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.75 pence per share.
As a result, Harvey Shulman is now interested in a total of 510,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.37 percent of the issued share capital, and Raymond Harris is now interested in a total of 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 percent of the issued share capital of 136,031,233 Ordinary Shares.
