Kuhlman Company clarifies agreement with Sears

Kuhlman Company Inc clarified that its agreement with Sears, announced yesterday, to produce woven shirts for Sears under the Structure private label brand is limited in scope and duration.
Initial deliveries from Kuhlman will consist of several stylish woven shirts and will be available for Fall 2006 in select Sears retail locations.
Based on performance at retail, Sears may or may not continue to utilize Kuhlman for this line past the Fall 2006 season. Structure is a contemporary brand for men that Sears purchased from the Limited Corporation in 2004.
Kuhlman is a specialty retailer and wholesale provider of both men's and women's apparel, offered under the Kuhlman brand through company-owned retail stores and under private labels through other large retailers.
