Marchpole Holdings plc, the fast growing fashion brand management group, has been successful in the Court of Appeal with its case against Bespoke Couture Limited/Ozwald Boateng.
All three Court of Appeal judges ruled on Friday 3 November that the license agreement continues and that the damages claim against Marchpole Holdings plc should be dismissed.
Furthermore, Bespoke Couture Limited/Ozwald Boateng was refused permission to appeal to the House of Lords and Marchpole Holdings plc has had costs awarded in its favour.
Michael Morris, Executive Deputy Chairman of Marchpole, commented: 'We are very pleased that these legal proceedings have now been resolved.'
