Madura Garment to add up outlets for Van Heusen & Louis Philippe

Purchasing power in today's youth has increased many folds and the demand for the premium apparel brands has also augmented.

Considering this, Bangalore-based Madura Garments, which shelves brands such as Louis Philippe and Van Heusen, plans to expand its network of the exclusive outlets in high streets and malls of Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and other emerging metros.

Youngsters find Van Heusen lifestyle brand attractive because of its sophisticated high quality finish. The company has 25 exclusive stores in major cities.

The customers who desire for status, style and luxurious comfort, go for the Louis Philippe brand. At present, Louis Philippe is available in 22 exclusive stores.

Statistics revealed that Van Heusen and Louis Phillipe have captured around 19 percent of the market. The Indian retail industry is estimated at $250-300 billion and growing at a rate of 5-6 percent per annum.
