Kay Krill to assume temporary leadership of LOFT

AnnTaylor Stores Corporation announced that Donna Noce, President of the Company's LOFT division, is leaving the Company for personal reasons.
Kay Krill, President and CEO, will assume temporary leadership of LOFT, while a search for a new divisional president is conducted.
Commenting on the announcement, Kay Krill stated, "I am confident that my partnership with the LOFT team while our search for new leadership is conducted is the right course of action for the Company at this time. We appreciate the many contributions Donna has made over the years and wish her all the best in her future endeavors."
Ann Taylor is one of the country's leading women's specialty retailers, operating 856 stores in 46 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and also Online Stores as of October 28, 2006.
