For the year ended January 31, 2007, G-III anticipates net sales of $425 - $428 million, net income of $12.5 - $13.5 million and net income per diluted share of $0.90 to $0.95. This compares to net sales of $324 million, net income of $7.1 million and net income per diluted share of $0.58 for the year ended January 31, 2006.
In computing net income per diluted share, here were approximately 14,000,000 weighted average shares outstanding for the year ended January 31, 2007 compared to 12,236,000 weighted average shares outstanding for the year ended January 31, 2006.
