Garment Research Base project planned for Nantong

China Garment Association will initiate 'China Garment Research Base' project. Base will be constructed in Nantong city and operated by Chamber of Clothing.

Project includes functions like design research, brand promotion and product testing.

China Garment Research Base will maximize advantages of Nantong's garment industry, help apparel firms enhance performance, give support for design research of clothes, upgrade product quality and train industry personnel.

Nantong is one of the important cities of China for apparel production and exports. Its export volume is highest in the country.
