Goody's is introducing two new men's clothing lines -- Arrow and G.H. Bass. G.H. Bass has designed spring 2007 merchandise that is exclusive to Goody's.
By adding these lines, Goody's can offer something new for male shoppers -- men seeking classic comfort and active outdoorsmen will be able to find just what they are looking for. Both lines are now available at Goody's stores and at shopgoodys website.
Arrow has a rich past with a brand identity cultivated for more than 150 years. With an alluring American image that is casual and updated, Arrow offers customers style confidence and easy-to-care-for products. The Arrow line dresses men from work to weekend and offers wovens, knits and shorts in the spring collection.
G.H. Bass brings high-performance outdoor clothing to men with active lifestyles. The look is relaxed and comfortable and communicates an environmental awareness through its fabrics and packaging. The merchandise includes shorts, knits, twill and denim bottoms.
"We are thrilled to offer Arrow and G.H. Bass to our customers, particularly at a time when our stores are undergoing a metamorphosis," said Mary Kwan, president and chief merchandising officer. "The spring lines complement our current merchandise, adding depth to our men's department and highlighting key lifestyle brands."
Goody's targets value-conscious customers and provides a broad selection of merchandise featuring labels such as Adidas, Alfred Dunner, Carter's, Dockers, l.e.i., Lee, Levi's, Mudd, Nike, Norton McNaughton, Reebok, Requirements, Sag Harbor, U.S. Polo Association and Zana-Di. It is also the exclusive retailer of Duck Head. Arrow and G.H. Bass are part of the Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, one of the world's largest apparel companies.
To complement these brand names, Goody's has introduced its own private label clothing lines for men, women and children. The signature lines include: Ivy Crew for men; Mountain Lake and Goodclothes for women; OCI for juniors, young men and children; and Baby Crew for infants and toddlers.
