Collage to open semi premium malls in Jalandhar & Amritsar

Delhi-based Collage group has tied up with retail consultants Technopak Advisors Private Ltd to carry out a study for retail opportunities in different cities like Bhopal, Dehradun and other regions.
The Group recently announced two semi premium retail malls in Jalandhar and Amritsar by acquisition of space over one million square feet with an investment of Rs400 crore.
Sources reveal that the company has got approval from state's departments required for the development of this project.
The Viva Collage Mall in Jalandhar would acquire over 3.3 acres, which would be completed by April 2009 and the Amritsar mall would be spread over 600,000 square feet area.
