Niryat Sam Apparels India Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:
1. Adoption of the audited Profit & Loss Account of the company for the year ended March 31, 2007 the Balance Sheet as at that date, the report of the Auditors' thereon and the report of the Board of Directors for the said year.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. R S Agarwal as a Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Shanti Prashad & Co, Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the company from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
