The MoU which is being signed will explore opportunities for potential co-operation/Collaboration in the following areas: (a)Graduate Transfer Appropriately qualified graduates from IAM may transfer to programmes within NTSAD at the University within the agreed procedures of IAM and the University. It is also considered, where applicable, that NTSAD graduates may have the facility to transfer to programmes at IAM.
(b)Research To co-operate in the areas of research and practice by developing and fostering joint research programmes leading to publications, exhibitions and higher degree awards.
(c)Study visits Study visits to the University by IAM students for short periods of time during the vacation periods, Spring and Summer, including participation in the NTSAD Study Abroad or Summer School programme.
(d)Staff Exchange Programmes A programme to facilitate the exchange of staff between IAM and NTU.
(e)Joint Exhibitions A programme of exhibitions of work from both staff and students to be exhibited in India and the UK within NTU and IAM, and other such exhibition areas as are deemed suitable.
Besides it, the institute has already signed MoUs with leading international institutes in fashion & apparel management arena like Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia, LaSalle College of Arts, Singapore, LDT Nagold, Germany, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
