Mothers Work Inc the world's leading maternity apparel retailer announced that Rebecca Matthias, President, Chief Creative Officer and Acting Chief Merchandising Officer of the Company, and Ed Krell, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will present to investors at the Cowen and Company 6th Annual Consumer Conference on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time in New York, New York.

A live webcast of the Cowen presentation will be available on Mothers Work's website and may be accessed via the link under the site's Investor Relations section.
