UNITE HERE has made the decision to bring an end to the campaign that it has been engaged in against American Eagle Outfitters (AEO).
This decision was reached as a result of AEO's reaffirmation of the principles of the company's Code of Conduct and the commitment of AEO executives to monitor continuing compliance with its Code of Conduct.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that UNITE HERE and AEO have agreed to work together to promote North American garment production.
