Garment manufacturer Ever-Glory files application for Amex listing

Ever-Glory International Group Inc a leading apparel manufacturer in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), announced it has applied for listing approval on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX").
"This application is a significant milestone for our company, and we are committed to working diligently with the American Stock Exchange to meet all of the listing requirements," said Mr. Yihua Kang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ever-Glory.
"AMEX is a well-respected senior exchange, and we expect this listing will increase our visibility and trading volume, as well as bring new investors to our Company."
