An educational course to improve competence of textile sector

On March 27, a course of Formation in Educational Competences was held which had duration of 40 hours and was given to a group of service providers, to whom then can be hired to give training and to offer technical support to the businesses of the sector textile and of the making.

During the course, the participants learned about the theory of the learning of adults, dynamic for groups, techniques of training, troops training objectives editing, planning and organization of a training session, how to be a good instructor, elaboration of presentations, etc.

The first group of attendees was conformed by:

The Guatemala's Apparel & Textile Industry Commission (VESTEX because of its acronym in Spanish) is part of the Guatemalan Exporters' Association (AGEXPRONT because of its acronym in Spanish), which promotes the competitive exports growth to sustain the economic and social development of Guatemala.
