This strategy, undertaken in 2007 and slated to continue for some months to come, is already yielding improved financial results, with significant growth in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 compared to the same quarter a year earlier. Groupe Bikini Village's early 2008 results are continuing to show this trend.
"Groupe Bikini Village has a solid financial position, which is enabling us to continue executing on our renovation and expansion strategy without having to seek additional financing," said Mr. Simard.
"We are pleased with the positive impact this strategy is already having on our results, and we will continue to pursue additional renovations and expansion in the coming months, as a means of delivering further shareholder value."
