Kitex Garments Board to consider dividend

Kitex Garments Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 and to consider a proposal for recommending dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
