Head Gear Sportswear expands Blac Label line

Head Gear Sportswear, the fastest growing progressive streetwear brand, is pleased to announce that mid-year sales projected for 2008 will net $200 million, a staggering 340% increase, up from $45 million in 2007.

With consistent growth of the company's staple line, Blac Label, Head Gear Sportswear has expanded it's Blac Label Premium Products which now include Blac Label Pink, Blac Label Gunmetal, Simple Math, Blac Label Kid's and footwear line Tru Ambition.

Since its inception in 2002 as a novelty t-shirt company, Head Gear Sportswear has set the bar amongst its competitors, bringing Blac Label to the forefront of the progressive streetwear revolution.

Recognizing the potential in the resurgence of the denim renaissance, Blac Label was built on the foundation of combining unique streetwear with the hottest trends, creating a "must have" lifestyle brand that continues to evolve with the hottest trends.

Blac Label and Blac Label Pink:
Blac Label Premium is a brand whose aesthetic revolves around a dual consciousness, the constant struggle between good and evil.

The brand caters to the young whose lifestyle is inspired by travel, nightlife and pop culture, to those who aspire to stand out in the crowd. Conceived during the premium denim revolution, Blac Label sought to fill a void by designed tops with the same progressive thought that was given to
denim in the early part of this decade.

Blac Label Kid's:
Kid's Headquarters recently signed a licensing agreement to develop the Blac Label Premium kid's collection for boys and girls which will be available in retail stores throughout the U.S. beginning in August.

Under the agreement the collection will offer tee shirts, sportswear, denim, fleece and outerwear for boys and girls sizes 4-20.

Blac Label Gunmetal:
Gunmetal is the progression of Blac Label, with upgraded materials and a focus on craftsmanship, clever pocket placements. Gunmetal has a clean refined style with a more industrial/military feel.

Gunmetal was created for the customer that knows quality craftsmanship and pays attention to the details. The Gunmetal customer is looking to be progressive in his style and wants to build his wardrobe around traditional silhouettes that have been updated with current design trends.
